Join the Berkeley Arts Coalition as we kick off our signature gathering to get the 2026 Berkeley Arts Measure on the ballot!

The Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Berkeley Playhouse, The Shotgun Players, The Freight, and The UC Theatre have drafted a measure for the 2026 Berkeley ballot to protect our city's arts and creative economy.

We need to gather 4,200 signatures from registered voters before June to get on the November ballot.

Please join us at Berkeley Repertory Theatre for a fun volunteer training on how to gather signatures. Your involvement will be critical in getting this measure on the ballot, winning the election, and preserving our city's arts and culture--a critical part of what makes Berkeley a special place to live.

Please RSVP using the form above. For more information on the measure, see here.
